We have an extensive network of trained Medusa dealers across Europe.
Before any remap, our dealers will perform a diagnostics check to your vehicle to check that it is performing within specifications.
After careful examination of live data logged from your vehicle during the diagnostics session, your original calibration from the Engine Control
Unit is read out and sent to our remapping specialists.
The process is bespoke. We will always prepare the modifications based on the original data read out from your vehicle, and listen to your wishes
to have the new file suit you the best way possible!
The original data is stored on our extensive database, and is accessible by any Medusa Agent around the world. If for some reason, you wish
to return your car back to original. It can be done worldwide at any Medusa dealer, without any extra cost!
If, for some reason, we find a problem in your car, we are happy to suggest common faults and possible solutions. When having your vehicle
treated by a Medusa Specialist, you have a team of highly experienced tuning professionals to give you support on getting your car back to full
